Welcome to The Exchange on Loudoun, a beautifully refurbished events center that seamlessly blends history and modern elegance. Originally built in 1920, this unique venue retains its original vault while incorporating touches that honor its rich banking heritage in Winchester. Whether its a cocktail reception on the garden patio, getting hitched in front of the original vault or dancing the night away under the largest disco ball in the area, The Exchange on Loudoun offers a stunning backdrop for unforgettable memories. Come experience the perfect fusion of the past and present in an extraordinary and convenient location.
Indoor
Our venue features two stunning levels: the expansive Grand Hall on the ground floor and the open Mezzanine level that provides a convenient view of the Hall below. Both levels can be setup with comfortable seating, tables, bars, and each are equipped with restrooms for men and women. Our state of the art lighting and sound system add the finishing touches to any event. Our spacious indoor venue is fully heated and air conditioned for year round events. Max capacity 300

We boast a gorgeous, well-appointed, and beautifully landscaped garden patio. This inviting space is perfect for cocktail hours, small wedding ceremonies and wedding photos.
