How do I schedule a tour of The Exchange on Loudoun?
Every tour requires a booking. Please contact us here as we would love to learn more about your event and schedule a tour.
What is included in the venue rental fee?
Included in the venue rental fee: exclusive venue access during reserved rental time, tables + chairs, on-site venue coordinator.
Does the venue provide a wedding planner?
No, our venue fee includes only an on-site venue coordinator during the event. A wedding planner, either full service or day of, is required in order to run the event and manage all vendors and guests throughout the event.
How do I reserve The Exchange on Loudoun?
The venue can be reserved with a signed contract and paid deposit. This can be arranged in person, over email or telephone.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
Yes, we have curated a list of trusted professionals for our preferred vendor list. Should you choose to work with a company not on the list, they must be adequately licensed, insured and be approved by our venue coordinator prior to booking. You are welcome to bring your own vendors, with approval.
Am I required to have event insurance.
A $1M event insurance policy is required and must name The Exchange on Loudoun LLC as additionally insured. Please reach out to our venue coordinator in the event you need help securing a policy.
Are there any hotels nearby for out of town guests?
We are conveniently located one block away from The George Washington Hotel in downtown Winchester VA. There are also numerous Air B n B's located nearby.
Is there parking nearby?
The Exchange on Loudoun is located in close proximity to 3 different parking garages, The George Washington Autopark (131 N.Kent St), Loudoun Autopark (50 E. Fairfax Ln), Braddock Autopark (30 N. Braddock St). There is also ample street parking around the venue. Please inquire about special parking for the wedding party.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, you may bring your own alcohol provided you apply for and receive a one day banquet license through the Virginia ABC. You can learn more here. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured company or person. We do have licensed and insured in house bartenders for your convenience.
Can I bring in an outside caterer?
We do have our own in-house catering team what serves a variety of cuisines, however, you are free to bring in your own caterer if you choose.
