How do I schedule a tour of The Exchange on Loudoun?
Every tour requires a booking. Please contact us and we will be happy to schedule you.
What is included in the venue rental fee?
Included in the venue rental fee: venue access during reserved rental time, tables + chairs, on-site venue coordination, vendor check in + direction, timeline support, oversite of venue owned tables + chairs set-up + breakdown, and venue reset + closing procedure + support.
Can I hold my wedding ceremony at The Exchange on Loudoun?
Yes! You can choose from an outdoor patio ceremony surrounded by our lush greenery or you can have an indoor ceremony in the Grand Hall.
How do I reserve The Exchange on Loudoun?
The venue can be reserved with a signed contract and paid deposit. This can be arranged in person, over email or telephone.
